M22 seriesThe double medical wheel has been recognized by customers since its launch on the market, and sales are good. However, in use, the customer also reported the problem of the product, that is, the 5-inch product has abnormal noise during walking. After the investigation of the product engineer, it was found that during the braking and brake release, the brake spring would withdraw from the fixed column little by little during the process of compression and rebound, thus scraping the side wheel to produce abnormal sound.

To solve this problem, we adopted the following optimization scheme：

1. Add a 3.3mm through hole in the middle of the fixing column；

2. The flat pad is riveted on the fixed column with 3mm rivets to limit the brake spring to the fixed column and can not be withdrawn。

Through the above measures, the abnormal sound of the product during walking is eliminated, and the use experience of the product is improved and the product quality is improved。
