SUPO CASTER——The Shanghai CeMAT Fair witnessed the strength of intelligent manufacturing

On October 28th 2025, the Asia International Logistics Technology and Transportation Systems Exhibition officially opened, with Zhongshan Xiangrong Caster Manufacturing Co., Ltd. exhibiting with a brand new look. As the company's first industry debut following its upgraded smart factory, the exhibition not only comprehensively showcased its core product lines but also demonstrated its robust production capabilities and excellent quality control system to domestic and international customers, attracting numerous visitors to stop and discuss their experiences.

At the booth, SUPO Casters highlighted a variety of products, including the light- to medium-duty 03S series PU casters, the medium-duty 05S series PU casters, the 09C series iron core casters, and the 08 series rubber casters. From carefully selected raw materials to precise construction, from performance parameters to application scenarios, every detail was clearly presented through physical products, display panels, and on-site explanations, allowing domestic and international customers to gain an in-depth and intuitive understanding of the product advantages. After experiencing the casters themselves, many customers expressed high praise for their solid feel and smooth rotation.

Of particular note was that this exhibition marked SUPO Casters' first public appearance after completing its intelligent factory upgrade. The company showcased its upgraded production and warehousing system: 15 large injection molding machines with capacities exceeding 400 tons are equipped with robotic arms, coupled with 4 automated/semi-automated production lines, significantly improving production efficiency and product consistency; simultaneously, the finished product warehouse has expanded to 352 standard storage locations, providing a solid foundation for rapid order response and stable delivery.

From rigorous testing of raw materials upon entry to a "1+11" finished product testing system throughout the entire production process, our company ensures that every caster leaving the factory possesses reliable durability and safety.
