The 09C series shock-absorbing casters are one of the best-selling products in SUPO. They are designed for logistics trolleys used in ceramics, machinery, and automotive manufacturing. When towed at speeds ≤15 km/h, the 09C series can effectively protect the cargoes from vibration and impact. Since being launched on the market in 2012, our shock-absorbing casters have earned a good reputation and achieved continuous sales growth, standing out in a highly competitive landscape with proven performance and trusted brand value. 

Core Concept — Remarkable Design & Exceptional Performance

The shock-absorbing casters are engineered with smoothly contoured forks, built on a structural principle that combines the stability of rectangular and triangular forms for enhanced strength and balance. The solid forks are finished in dark green color, conveying a rugged, military-inspired quality and giving the products a distinctive presence among competing models.

Additionally, the casters feature an upper–bottom raceway structure, whilst the upper track is equipped with a manganese ring formed by high-precision stamping and heat treatment, ensuring smooth rotation, excellent load capacity, and long-lasting wear resistance.

Furthermore, the shock-absorbing system is fitted with high-impact-resistant springs. By utilizing the lever principle, the system amplifies the elastic response with a dual-spring configuration, delivering outstanding cushioning performance under both light and heavy loads.
