Zhongshan Industrial Design Competition Comprehensive Competition——"Castor Overload Warning Device"

From 2023 to August 23, our technical staff will represent the company to participate in the Zhongshan Industrial Design Competition Comprehensive Competition. This competition is themed "Design Drive·Industrial Upgrading" and is divided into product design group and concept design group.



Since the launch of the competition, a total of 2,170 works have been submitted by hundreds of enterprises, universities, groups and individuals from 28 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) across the country. Through the professional review of expert judges from Zhongshan universities and corporate industrial design circles, A total of 111 works were shortlisted for the final review. The final evaluation consists of on-site defense + expert group review, and 98 winning works will be selected based on their comprehensive scores. Among them, the product design group and the conceptual design group will each have 3 gold medals, 6 silver medals, 10 bronze medals, and 30 excellence awards.



The entry "Castor Overload Warning Device" ranked 37th in the product design category of the comprehensive competition and won the Excellence Award. Winning the Excellence Award is recognition and affirmation of our technical staff and works. After all, the competition is fierce, with a wide range of products and excellent designs emerging in an endless stream. The works that can enter the finals are all very competitive.

 

The caster overload warning device is a connector, and the principle is to use the relationship between the compression amount of the mold spring and the compression load. If the total weight of the item exceeds the maximum compressive load of the spring, the item is judged to be overloaded. Through the reminder of the caster overload warning device, overloaded items can be transferred in time, thereby reducing the risk of item damage and safety accidents.
