Introduction to iron core PU casters:

1. The wheel core is made of gray cast iron, and its mechanical and physical properties meet the requirements of GB/T9439.

2. The outer wheel is made of cast polyurethane (CPU), hardness: 55±5 HD.

3. The wheel surface color is orange, color number PANTONE138C.

4. Load range: 320KG-550KG.

5. Specifications (wheel diameter * wheel width): medium 100*50, medium 125*50, medium 150*50, medium 200*50.

Process standards for iron core PU casters:

1. The surface of the casting is not allowed to have defects such as cracks, cold shuts, shrinkage holes, slag inclusions, and pores.

2. The exposed surface of the casting is sprayed with silver anti-rust paint (to protect the wheel core from direct exposure).

3. The outer wheel is not allowed to have bubbles, cracks, and other process defects. The width of the mold seam is ≤1mm.

4. The surface roughness of the trimmed surface is Ra3.2um.

5. The single wheel load meets the T/ZSJL002 caster walking test technical specifications.
