In late July, the Joint Technical Center of the Purchasing Department started a business trip to the wheel core foundry. The purpose of this trip is to ensure that the mold meets the quality requirements and standards of our core wheels.
After arriving at the destination, we immediately had an in-depth communication with the relevant person in charge of the foundry, and got a detailed understanding of the production progress and current status of the mold. Subsequently, under the leadership of casting technicians, we went deep into the production workshop and carried out a comprehensive and detailed inspection of the mold.
In the acceptance process, the representatives of the technical center strictly measured and evaluated the size, accuracy, material, surface quality and other aspects of the mold in accordance with the acceptance standards established in advance. For some minor problems found, we have communicated and discussed with the technicians of the foundry in time, and put forward some suggestions and suggestions for improvement.
After two days of inspection work, the acceptance of the mold was basically completed. However, there are still some problems that need to be further improved and perfected in the foundry. After consultation with the other party, the timetable and responsible person for rectification are determined.
The trip was significant, and through close cooperation with the foundry, we gained a clearer understanding of the mold situation and laid a solid foundation for subsequent production work.
I believe that with our joint efforts, this batch of molds can meet the requirements as soon as possible and be put into production.
