The frame of the M23 is crafted from PA material, renowned for its high mechanical strength, excellent toughness, shock resistance, and chemical resistance. The wheels, made of PU, showcase remarkable wear resistance, floor protection, low rolling resistance, and effective shock absorption and noise reduction. Both the frame and side wheels are embedded with premium bearings, ensuring smooth and effortless turning and rolling.

One of the standout features of the M23 is its innovative brake system. It features a dual-pedal design, where pressing the right pedal applies the brake, and pressing the left releases it, eliminating the need to lift the pedal with your foot as seen in single-pedal products. This design enhances user comfort and convenience. Additionally, the pedal height is strategically positioned lower down the wheel, creating a wider gap between the pedal and the bottom of the equipment, making it easier for users to step on. In contrast, pedals on other products often sit atop the wheel, closer to the equipment's base, requiring careful foot placement.
